I saw a peacock, with a fiery tale
One thing I like about ATC swaps is seeing how many different visual interpretations there are of a specific theme. In this swap, the theme is a poem written in the 17th century by that very prolific writer Anonymous.
I'm so impressed by both the imagery in the poem and the cards created by the other folks in the swap that I collected images of all the cards I could and put them together with the lines of the poem.
Many thanks to allenreichert (now known as pancake machine) for selecting this wonderful poem for his first swap on ATCards.com (this site has since shut down). And, many thanks to the artists who shared their artwork in the swap thread. The pictures are created by ATCards members as identified under each picture. All of these artists have since joined the new ATCsforALL website, which unfortunately does not currently support direct links to an artist's profile. For now, you'll have to take the long route and visit ATCsforALL to search for the artist. I've updated the screennames to reflect his/her new name at ATCsforALL, so they should be easy to find..
